We are seeking friendly and dedicated individuals to join our school transport team as Drivers and Passenger Assistants. Roles Available: School Transport Driver Passenger Assistant Key Responsibilities: Safely transport special needs children to and from school. Provide a supportive and caring environment during transport. Assist with boarding and alighting from the vehicle. Ensure adherence to safety protocols at all times. Requirements: For Drivers: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Taxi badge preferred but not mandatory. For Assistants: A DBS check will be taken to ensure child safety. Just need a friendly face in the car to assist the child on the way to and from school. Assistant badge preferred but not mandatory. Willingness to undergo training and obtain the required documentation if not already certified, which will be paid for by the company. Minimum 2 years of service with our company upon completion of course. Patience, understanding, and a genuine interest in supporting children with special needs.
